Geshtenja Company SH.P.K., based in Peja, runs this website. This page explains how we handle information you send us.
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number (if you provide one), and message. We also store the page language and the time of submission.
We use this information only to reply about apartments, projects, or other requests. We do not use it for third-party marketing.
Only company administrators can read inquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.
Messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and can then be deleted from the admin panel.
A cookie is a small note the site stores in your browser so the page can work. We do not use cookies for ads, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or marketing tracking, so there is no “accept / decline” popup. For ordinary visitors we may store the language you chose (Albanian, English, or German). If someone signs in to Admin, login cookies are stored — these are required to stay signed in. Speed measurements (Vercel Speed Insights) do not use cookies. If we later add ads or analytics, we would then ask for consent.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your message by contacting us. We will respond as soon as we can.
